AD Rundle School Garden Installation

AD Rundle Middle School in Chilliwack has invited us to bring some Nature back to their play space and involve 300 students in growing and consuming fresh, local food!

Thanks to the Whole Kids Foundation School Garden Grant and volunteers like you we can help encourage students to grow their own food!

Bring: weather appropriate clothing, water, plants if you have extras to share. Site varies from dry, wet, full shade to full. We will largely be utilizing planter boxes, containers and hanging baskets. Drought resistant and low maintenance perennial varieties preferred.

Students will be planting with their bare hands except when a large shovel is absolutely necessary, so tools are not necessary.

If you’re not sure how it works, visit www.dragonlilygardens.com for pictures and descriptions of past projects, or just come and find out!
